Elvir Hadžić (born January 18, 1999 in Cazin ) is a Bosnian - Austrian football player .

Career

Hadžić began his career at SV Ried , where the academy's U-18 team went through all ages. During the winter break of the 2016/17 season, he moved to Hungary for the second team of Videoton FC , which was renamed MOL Vidi FC in 2018 .

In February 2018 he was against Vasas Budapest for the first time in the club's professional squad. In April 2018 he made his debut in the Nemzeti Bajnokság when he came on as a substitute for Máté Pátkai in the 86th minute against Mezőkövesd-Zsóry SE on matchday 26 of the 2017/18 season . On the 33rd matchday he was against the Diósgyőri VTK for the first time in the starting line-up before he was replaced by Bálint Szabó in the 73rd minute . At the end of the season he was Hungarian champion with video sound. In the 2018/19 season he was only used once.

In August 2019 he returned to Austria and moved to the second division club FC Dornbirn 1913 , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2020. After his contract ended, he moved to the regional league team WSC Hertha Wels for the 2020/21 season .
