Em-eukal is a brand name of the Dr. C. Soldan from Adelsdorf .

The first candy of this name, with menthol and eucalyptus , was marketed as a medicinal product from 1923 . In 1972 Kinder Em-eukal was also launched on the market.

Today the sweets are sold in pharmacies , drugstores and food retailers . Em-eukal and Kinder-Em-eukal are available as candies, lollipops and gummy drops.

Trademark

Em-eukal was registered as a trademark in 1928.

Another registered trademark of the sweets is a white and red ribbon with the inscription "Only real with the flag", which was originally intended as hygiene protection. With the tape under the packaging you should be able to tear open the candy wrapper without having to touch the candy. Em-eukal Klassisch was prescribed to miners until the 1950s.

The picture of a little boy on Kinder Em-eukal's packaging is protected as a figurative mark. In addition, the term “all-round comfort candy” is protected as a word mark.

At times, the company also sold cough syrup under the brand name Kinder Em-eukal .
