Emil Horn

Emil Horn (born June 30, 1927 in Klein-Auheim ; † March 14, 1982 ) was a Hessian politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

Emil Horn passed his secondary school diploma in 1944 and did military service in the last months of the war . In 1947 he passed the regular Abitur and began studying geography, sociology, politics and English to become a teacher. In 1953 he received his doctorate. He completed his studies with the two state exams for middle school service and the two state exams for higher education and worked in higher education.

Emil Horn was a member of the SPD and from December 1, 1966 to November 30, 1974 a member of the Hessian state parliament. In 1969 he was a member of the 5th, 1974 of the 6th Federal Assembly .
