Emil von Wülfing

Emil von Wülfing (born August 6, 1872 at Kriegshoven Castle in Swisttal ; † April 6, 1950 there ) was a German administrative lawyer and manor owner.

Life

Emil von Wülfing was the son of the senior government councilor of the same name and landowner at Kriegshoven Castle in the Bonn district. He studied law in Heidelberg, Göttingen and Lausanne. In Heidelberg he became active in the Corps Suevia Heidelberg in 1891 . He received his doctorate as Dr. jur. and became a government assessor in Cologne and Stettin in 1899. From 1906 to 1909 he was district administrator in the Ruhrort district , and in 1909 he was appointed district administrator in the Dinslaken district . In 1919, Emil von Wülfing became deputy head of the regional government in Aurich Theodor von Heppe as senior councilor and left the civil service voluntarily in the same year. From then on he lived as a farmer and landowner at Kriegshoven Castle .

Emil von Wülfing was Rittmeister of the reserve in the cuirassier regiment "Graf Gessler" (Rheinisches) No. 8 .
