Emile Santiago
Emile Santiago (born February 21, 1899 in Bloomsburg , Pennsylvania , † June 23, 1995 ) was an American costume designer who won an Oscar for best costume design in a color film at the 1954 Academy Awards .
Life
Santiago only worked as a costume designer in a few films and won an Oscar for best costume design in a color film together with Charles Le Maire in 1954 in the monumental film The Robe (1953) by Henry Koster with Richard Burton , Jean Simmons and Victor Mature in the main roles .
