Emilio Bianchi di Cárcano (born April 5, 1930 in Buenos Aires ) is former bishop of Azul .

Life

Emilio Bianchi di Cárcano was ordained a priest on August 14, 1960 .

Pope Paul VI appointed him on February 24, 1976 auxiliary bishop in Azul and titular bishop of Lesina . The bishop of San Isidro , Antonio María Aguirre , ordained him episcopal on March 25 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Manuel Marengo , Bishop of Azul, and Justo Oscar Laguna , Auxiliary Bishop in San Isidro.

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Azul on April 14, 1982 and he was inducted into office on May 31 of the same year. On May 24, 2006, Pope Benedict XVI. his resignation request submitted for reasons of age.
