Emma Cannon (born June 1, 1989 in Rochester ) is an American basketball player .
Career
The 1.87 m tall centerwoman played for the University of Central Florida and moved to Germany in 2011 to the Panthers Osnabrück . From there she moved to Australia to the Rockingham Flames in summer 2012, before returning to Germany in autumn 2012 and hiring for the German first division club and series champion TSV 1880 Wasserburg . With this she became champion in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and German cup winner in 2014 and 2015. In 2014 she was voted the Most Valuable Player of the Year in Germany.
After three years in Wasserburg, Cannon accepted a contract offer from the Israeli club AS Ramat Hasharon, where she played in the 2015/16 season. Then she played in Russia (with Vologda-Chevakata, then with Nadezhda Orenburg) and also triumphed there with outstanding statistical values and in the US league WNBA , for the 2018/19 season she moved to Basket 90 Gdynia in Poland .
