Emma González (born November 11, 1999 ) is an American activist and advocate of stricter gun laws in the United States.

Life

As a high school graduate, she survived the Parkland School Massacre on February 14, 2018 at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School (MSD) in Parkland , Florida in the middle of her graduation thesis .

She gained international fame after her committed speech at a memorial event in Parkland three days after the rampage spread quickly on the Internet. Honors
