The magazine Energiewirtschaftliche Tagesfragen ("et") is a specialist magazine for those interested in the energy industry . It reports on topics from the fields of energy, the environment and research and is aimed at decision-makers from politics, business and science. In addition to the classic target group of electricity, gas, oil, coal, district heating and water supply, the "et" also finds its readership in the specialist staff of local authorities, federal and state authorities, city, district and municipal administrations, municipal service companies and in relevant scientific institutions.
The editor is Martin Czakainski; The editor-in-chief is Franz Lamprecht.
Frequency of publication and circulation
The "et" has been published since 1950. It has a subscription circulation of over 3500 copies (according to IWV ); the highest of all comparable trade journal titles in Germany. It appears monthly - 11 issues and a double issue annually. Since the beginning of 2014 there has also been a digital version as an app for the Android and IOS (Apple) operating systems . In 2019, the "et" with selected content (specialist articles, news and, in particular, questions about the future) was integrated into the EW Medien und Kongresse news portal energie.de .
Content spectrum and readership
“Energy Industry Daily Issues” publishes articles on current energy industry , energy policy , ecological, technical and legal issues. Scientists, politicians, representatives of authorities and decision-makers from all relevant areas of the energy industry write about energy-related topics from their professional perspective. The focus is on topics such as efficient power plant technology or progress in renewable energies. Topics such as international climate policy , global development problems, national or international implementation problems of a sustainable energy industry are also dealt with. The editorial team endeavors to present a representative variety of opinions on controversial topics.
