Enrique Vizcarra

Enrique Vizcarra Luna (born December 24, 1975 in Torreón , Coahuila ), also known by the nickname El Rifle , is a former Mexican soccer player who played in defense and defensive midfield .

career

Vizcarra began his career in the youth division of his home club Santos Laguna , with which he also received his first professional contract in early 1995 and with which he won the first two championship titles of the Guerreros in the Mexican football league in the winter 1996 and summer 2001 seasons.

In the 2001/02 season he played on loan for Deportivo Toluca and played in the subsequent half-season of the Apertura 2002 a total of 13 point games for Santos Laguna. Nevertheless, he moved in the winter of 2002/03 to league rivals Monarcas Morelia , for whom he completed 40 league games and scored one goal over the next year and a half.

With the exception of Apertura 2007, in which he again played four league matches in the top division for newly promoted Puebla FC , Vizcarra played exclusively in the second division between summer 2004 and summer 2011 when he ended his sporting career : initially from summer 2004 to summer 2007 for also in the city of Puebla -based Lobos Buap and from January 2008 until the summer of 2011 for the Alacranes de Durango .
