The ensemble Pöltnerstraße in Weilheim in Upper Bavaria , the county seat of Upper Bavaria district Weilheim-Schongau , is an architectural ensemble , under monument stands.

The ensemble is surrounded by the buildings Pöltnerstrasse 1 to 26, 28, 30 and 32. It encompasses the main axis of the old town towards the south between Kirchplatz and Greitherstrasse, i.e. H. across the southern border of the old town and the square of the Pöltner Tor, which was laid down in 1874, into the old Pölten suburb, the development of which in this part was adapted to the character of the old town part of the ensemble in the second half of the 19th century.

Pöltnerstraße consists of three to four-storey town houses from the 16th to 19th centuries with plastered facades, which are essentially older, some of which are decorated with facade paintings. The often narrow gabled buildings frame the west and east sides of the ensemble. The open spaces in the middle part indicate the old extension of the moat in front of the city ​​wall that is still preserved at this point .
