Entremont Alliance is a French , globally active group of companies of the dairy industry . The group mainly produces various types of cheese , but also other industrial dairy products such as milk powder and milk serum ( whey , from which the protein was extracted, is mainly used as animal feed and raw material for baby milk ).

Brands

The company's own brands are Entremont , Meule d'or and Juragruyère, as well as the industrial milk powder brand Sicalac . The cheese umbrella brand Entremont is one of the best-known cheese brands in France (brand awareness 90%). Under this brand are raw milk - hard cheeses such as Emmentaler , Beaufort (from the region Savoy ) or Comté (an AOC cheese from the region of Franche-Comté ) and raclette offered cheese.
