Decisions of the Federal Patent Court
The decisions of the Federal Patent Court (BPatGE) are a compilation of selected decisions of the Federal Patent Court (BPatG).
The BPatGE has been published by judges of the BPatG since 1962 as a secondary activity . Decisions are taken into account from 1961 onwards. According to the jurisdiction of the Federal Patent Court, the decisions contained by the fields of patent law , utility model law , design law and trademark law (to 1994 trademark law divided). Each volume is provided with a list of the “progress of previous proceedings”, which have been printed in a previous volume but have not yet been legally decided. There are also a subject index , a law Paragraph register and a list of considered decisions by the time sequence, including date and file number .
The BPatGE is published by Carl Heymanns Verlag in Cologne .
