The Chernivtsi Eparchy ( Latin Eparchia Chernivcensis ) is an eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church located in the Ukraine , with its seat in Chernivtsi , Chernivtsi Oblast .

history

The Chernivtsi Eparchy was created on September 12, 2017 as a result of the division of the Kolomyia-Chernivtsi Eparchy and was subordinated to the Ivano-Frankivsk Archepark as a suffragan diocese. The first bishop was Yossafat Moschtschytsch CMSAA .
