The Eparchy of Kolomyia ( Latin Eparchia Kolomyiensis ) is in the Ukraine located eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church , based in Kolomyja . It covers the southern part of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast . The area is shown in purple on the left-hand side of the map below (Southwest Ukraine).

The eparchy was established on April 20, 1993 from cessions of territory from the Ivano-Frankivsk eparchy .
