The Renaissance - Epitaph for Kastner Veydt Raiser outside of the south wall of the sacristy bears the following inscription in Gothic minuscule : "Ad 1519 Jar on Monday Sant bile Abent died of erber and vest Veydt raiser kastner to Gundelfingen mayest de gnad got."
In the upper part of the limestone epitaph, 1.78 m high and 0.73 m wide, a relief of the Madonna of the Crescent Moon can be seen. Underneath, the alliance coat of arms fills Raiser and his wife née Roth from Schreckenstein removed the remaining stone.
