Career

Breche made his international debut on December 30, 1984 at the start of the Four Hills Tournament 1984/85 in Oberstdorf . It was also his first start in the Ski Jumping World Cup . With 89th place, however, he fell far short of expectations. He also remained unsuccessful in the following tour competitions and finished the tour in 84th place overall.

At the Nordic World Ski Championships 1985 in Seefeld in Tirol , Breche started in both individual competitions. He jumped from the normal hill to the 59th and from the large hill to the 60th place.

At the Four Hills Tournament in 1987/88 , Breche again failed to make a breakthrough. In the end, he finished 115th in the overall ranking. Since he only jumped in Innsbruck and Bischofshofen and rank 72 was his best place, he could not place higher.

At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1989 , he was part of the squad again despite the poor performance in the World Cup. As in 1985, Breche came back to 59th place on the normal hill. On the large hill, he couldn't get past 65th place. The world championship was his last international tournament in which he competed.

After the end of his active career, he became a trainer for alpine skiing in Courchevel .
