Erica Carrara (born February 29, 1972 in Serina ) is a former Italian biathlete .

Erica Carrara started for SC Valserina . The high point of her career was taking part in the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville , where female biathletes were allowed to compete for the first time. In the first race, the sprint, the Italian was 49. She missed one target in prone and three targets in standing. She also missed four targets in the individual and was 53rd at the end. In the relay race she was used as the starting runner and reached 13th place with Monika Schwingshackl and Nathalie Santer .
