Monika Schwingshackl (born March 5, 1972 in Toblach ) is a former Italian biathlete .

Monika Schwingshackl started for SC Toblach . She started at the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville in all three races of the first competitions for women in the sport. In the sprint she finished 37th, in the individual she was 57th and together with Erica Carrara and Nathalie Santer 13th in the relay race. In the 1992/93 season , the Italian achieved her best World Cup result with 33rd place in an individual in Oberhof . The last major event was the 1995 biathlon world championships in Antholz . Schwingshackl was 72nd in the individual, 67th in the sprint and with Siegrid Pallhuber , Nathalie Santer and Petra Trockner 17th in the relay competition.
