research
Erich Dauenhauer developed the Categorical Economics and Categorical Economic Didactics. The basic idea goes back to Aristotle , with whose category writing an ontological order was created. Dauenhauer developed a system of economic categories that are intended to underpin the economic of all forms and epochs and thus make them explainable and controllable. The riskiness of all economic planning and action is one of around 50 economic categories which, as economic universals, claim validity for ancient and medieval economies as well as for post-modern finance .
Literary work
The literary work includes eight novels, two volumes of poetry, several theater texts and poetological writings. After the first novels in traditional arc narration , the poetological concept changed to a puzzle style. In 2010 “Voices in the Labyrinth” this “shaking text method” is demonstrated. Apparently incoherent texts such as monologues, dialogues, letters and diary entries are intended to encourage the reader to form an image for himself. Dauenhauer's poetological career is documented in the literary magazine Walthari .
