Erich Langwiesner

Erich Langwiesner (born July 8, 1950 in Wels ; actually Erich Josef Langwiesner ) is an Austrian actor and writer who lives in Gmunden .

Live and act

Erich Langwiesner received his education, which he completed with a diploma, at the Mozarteum in Salzburg . Subsequently, from 1968 he was engaged in various theaters, such as the State Theater Oldenburg , Städtische Bühnen Osnabrück , the stages Mainz and the Stadttheater Aachen.

Since 1987 he has worked at the Landestheater Linz . In the 2007/2008 season he played a. a. the Ho-Gu in Johann Nestroy's chief evening wind - or The gruesome feast , the Seppl in Reinhard P. Grubers and Anton Presteles Heimatlos - a Styrian pub opera in a frenzy , the Emperor Franz Joseph II in Ralph Benatzky's Singspiel Im Weißen Rössl and also in Eugène Ionesco's The Bald Singer .

Erich Langwiesner founded the "Theater M.23" in 1998, where he stages once a year.

Since 1975 he has also devoted himself to his writing.

Politically, he works for the Greens in Gmundens.
