Erich Schultze (lawyer, 1880)
Erich Schultze (born June 27, 1880 , † June 6, 1947 in special camp No. 1 Mühlberg / Elbe ) was President of the Senate at the Reich Court .
Life
The son of a Protestant farmer passed both state examinations (1904, 1910) with "sufficient". In 1910 he became a court assessor and in April 1914 a district judge in Beuthen / OS . He last took part in the First World War as captain of the reserve in November 1918. In 1922 he was appointed regional court director at the regional court in Berlin I. He was an assistant judge at the Reichsgericht from 1931 and from January 1, 1933, Reich judge. He was in the IV. And III. Criminal Senate active. In 1937 he was appointed President of the First Criminal Senate . He stayed there until 1945.
In October 1933, Schultze thought about the “judge and public prosecutor in the Third Reich”. As early as 1933 he was for the punishment of “ racial treason - that is to say, the mixing of a German with members of certain legally determined races - racial endangerment - that is, violation of laws for the protection of the race -, violation of racial honor - that is, public and shameless intercourse with Colored "or for the criminal protection of the Führer principle:" For breach of the leadership of the Fiihrer who grossly abuses the special trust that is placed in him through the transfer of a high leadership position in the state or in the NSDAP ".
