Erik Pačinda (born May 9, 1989 in Košice ) is a Slovak football player .

Career

Pačinda began playing football in his hometown Košice, where he was in the youth of two major Slovak clubs before playing for SV Horn in Austria . From there he returned to Košice, where he was accepted into the reserve team in 2007. In 2010 he moved up to the professional squad at the age of 21 and made his first division and thus his professional debut on July 18, 2010 in a 2-0 draw against ŠK Slovan Bratislava , where he was called up from the start and was substituted in the 79th minute. Afterwards he was used regularly, but mostly used as a joker. Just like his first year, his second year as a professional was marked by the relegation battle, even if Pačinda held a regular place.

In the summer of 2012 he was awarded to the French second division club FC Tours , but had to wait for months to be used in the league. On March 15, 2013, he played his only game for Tours when he came on in the 86th minute of the 1-1 draw against Stade Laval . As planned, he returned to Košice in summer 2013 and made it back to the first team.
