Erik Renmælmo (born November 27, 1981 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper and has been the trainer of Norwegian jumpers since 2011.

Career

Renmælmo made his debut in the Continental Cup on March 15, 2003 in Stryn . At the Norwegian Ski Jumping Championships in 2003 he won the silver medal in the team. On December 17, 2005 Renmælmo jumped in Kuopio at an FIS Cup again internationally and finished 22nd and 17th. After another international break, he jumped towards the end of the 2006/07 season at the Continental Cups in Westby and Iron Mountain and made it in all four jumps in the 2nd round. Then Renmælmo jumped internationally again at the beginning of the 2008/09 season and started with a 44th place in Vikersund . Towards the end of the season he missed the second round in Trondheim , but achieved the best results of his career in Pragelato with places seven and 16. At the end of the 2009/2010 season he jumped again internationally at the FIS Cup in Zaō and finished in 27th and 18th place.

Since the 2011/2012 season Renmælmo has been assistant coach for the Norwegian jumpers.
