Erik Julius Sökjer-Petersén (born December 4, 1887 in Hyby , † April 17, 1967 in Åkarp ) was a Swedish sports shooter .
successes
Erik Sökjer-Petersén took part in the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912 and in Antwerp in 1920 . In 1912, he finished twelfth in the single competition of the single shot and seventh in the single shot of the double shot. At the 1920 Games, he won the bronze medal together with Fredric Landelius , Per Kinde , Erik Lundqvist , Alfred Swahn and Karl Richter when the team came third behind the Americans and the Belgians. With 73 points, Sökjer-Petersén was the team's weakest shooter.
Sökjer-Petersén was a hunter and forester.
