Erik Wahlstedt

Erik Wahlstedt (born April 16, 1976 in Sollentuna ) is a Swedish football player .

career

Club career

Wahlstedt began playing soccer at BK Astrio in 1982 . In 1992 he switched to the youth team at IFK Göteborg , for which he also had his first professional assignment in the Allsvenskan . In 1997 he moved to Helsingborgs IF . Here he became a regular before he went to Esbjerg fB in Jutland in 2001 , for which he played in the SAS league . In 2004, however, he returned to Helsingborgs IF.

National team

Wahlstedt also played twice for the Swedish national team . At the 2004 European Championship , he was surprisingly part of the squad, but was not used.
