Erin Heatherton (born March 4, 1989 in Skokie , Illinois ) is an American model .
Career
Heatherton was discovered while on vacation in South Beach , Miami . She moved to New York City and started there, u. a. as a catwalk model for Diane von Fürstenberg , her career. She worked for well-known fashion labels, u. a. Oscar de la Renta and Tommy Hilfiger , and since her contract with Victoria's Secret she has been an "angel" - the corresponding contract is one of the most lucrative and sought-after modeling jobs worldwide - one of the most successful international models. Since the end of 2013 Heatherton is no longer a "Victoria's Secret" angel, she did not renew her contract.
Private
Heatherton grew up in Skokie and attended schools there. From December 2011 to October 2012, Heatherton was in a relationship with actor Leonardo DiCaprio .
