Erlend Erichsen

Erlend Erichsen (born July 15, 1975 in Bergen , Norway ) is a Norwegian drummer and writer.

Career

In 1991 Erichsen founded the death metal band Molested together with Øystein G. Brun, Kenneth Lian and Trond Turnes , of which he was a member until the EP Stormvold was released . Then the band broke up. In 2000 he took part under the pseudonym "Sersjant" as a drummer on Gorgoroth's album Incipit Satan .

In 2005 his debut novel Nationalsatanist (OT: Nasjonalsatanisten ) was published, which has been available in German translation from Joachim Körber Verlag since 2012 . In the novel, the protagonist Runar belongs to a fictional black metal band called Stormvold. In 2012 a band of the same name was founded in Tenerife , Spain . In 2014 Erichsen designed the cover artwork for their compilation Third Bestial Mutilation, which will be released in November 2014 .

In 2010 his second novel Sol under jorden was published .
