Ermbrechts

Ermbrechts is a deserted area in the municipality of Künzell in the Fulda district .

Geographical location

The desert is in the district of Pilgerzell .

history

The place was first mentioned in 1384 when it was probably already partially desolate. The Fulda abbot Friedrich I. von Romrod ceded rights to the desert areas of Ermbrechts and Appenwinds to a Hans von Rota as pledge . The place was mentioned in a document for the last time in 1480.
