Ernest "Ernie" Adams (born June 18, 1885 in San Francisco , California , † November 26, 1947 in Los Angeles , California) was an American actor .

Life

Adams was a small, gaunt actor and was mostly cast as a crook in the sound film era; he often played the decoy, informer or insidious in crime films and westerns .
