Ernst August Zurborn (* 1950 in Fürth ) is a German Documentary - Director and - producer , screenwriter and sound engineer .

Life

After completing his studies at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin in 1984, the graduated political scientist and sociologist Zurborn initially worked as a cameraman for a few years . a. participated in the production of various ARD documentaries before he switched to the State Theater in Hanover as assistant director in 1988/89 . From 1990 he produced documentary films for various television companies, in 1992 he founded Ernst August Zurborn Filmproduktion for this purpose . Until 1993 he worked for several semesters as a lecturer in the subjects of direction and camera at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin .
