Ernst-Peter Horn
Ernst-Peter Horn is a Brigadier General of the Army of the German Armed Forces and has been a Defense Attaché at the German Embassy in Moscow since September 1, 2018 .
Horn was deputy commander of the 1st Panzer Division in Hanover from April 1, 2013 to February 16, 2017 . During this time the division was transferred to Oldenburg . Horn was previously Head of the Personnel, Organization and Training Department in the Army Command in Koblenz . After preparing for a position as a defense attaché in the armed forces office , he has been head of the military attaché staff in Moscow since September 1, 2018 .
