Ernst-Walter Hanack

Ernst-Walter Hanack (born August 30, 1929 in Kassel ) is a German lawyer .

Life

He studied law in Marburg (1953 first state examination in law , doctorate on July 24, 1957 at the University of Marburg, second state examination in 1958). After completing his habilitation in Marburg in 1961, he became a private lecturer there . In 1963 he became a full professor for criminal law, procedural law, criminology and criminal procedural law in Heidelberg and in 1970 in Mainz .
