Ernst-Werner foot

Ernst-Werner Fuß (born March 10, 1924 in Hamburg , † April 13, 1982 in Würzburg ) was a German lawyer .

Life

He studied law and political science at the University of Hamburg (1949 first state examination in law , doctorate in 1950 , second state examination in 1952). In 1953 he became a research assistant in Hamburg. After completing his habilitation in Hamburg in 1961 (constitutional law, administrative law, comparative law in the field of public law, international law) he was a private lecturer there from 1961 to 1964 for constitutional and administrative law, comparative law in the field of public law and international law. In 1964 he became a professor in Mannheim . 1971 became professor at the University of Würzburg .
