Joseph Heinrich Kaiser

Joseph Heinrich Kaiser ( April 12, 1921 - November 19, 1998 ) was a German legal scholar.

Life

Kaiser was on in May 1947. University of Tübingen with a dissertation on the political clauses of the Concordat doctorate . After his habilitation , he first worked at the University of Bonn , where he gave his inaugural lecture on the political strike on February 23, 1954. He has taught public law and international law at the University of Freiburg since 1955 .

Kaiser was the administrator of Carl Schmitt's scientific estate .
