Ernst Bensch

Ernst Bensch (born August 16, 1874 ; † after 1944) was a German chemist and entrepreneur . He worked as general director and board member of the "Union" factory of chemical products and was director and board member of the superphosphate factory in Nordenham .

Ernst Bensch proposed a résumé as a chemist and entrepreneur. As company director, he initially worked in Schosdorf near Greiffenberg in Silesia at Carl Koethen GmbH , after having been appointed managing director of Chemische Werke Pommern GmbH in Stettin in 1916 . The purpose of this company with a share capital of 1 million marks was the establishment and operation of chemical factories and participation in such companies.

In the Weimar Republic he became director after he had already been elected board member of the "Union" factory chemical products in 1918, which was based in the Glienken district of Szczecin at Königstor 6 . From 1929 Ernst Bensch was general director of this company.

Since the company "Union" was also the main participant in the company Superphosphatfabrik Nordenhain, Aktiengesellschaft, Friedrich-August-Hütte (Oldenburg) , Ernst Bensch also held the position of director and board member of this company since 1918.

He lived in Stettin , Werderstrasse 5/6.
