Ernst Eggers

Ernst Eggers (born September 2, 1939 in Jeserig , Brandenburg ) is a German politician (FDP).

Life

Eggers studied business administration and political science at the University of Cologne . In 1960 he was reciprocated in the Corps Hansea Cologne . After graduating with a degree in business administration , he was an independent management consultant until 1987. In his role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nürburgring GmbH , he ensured that Formula 1 returned to the Nürburgring . Coming from the FDP city association Bad Breisig , Eggers was deputy state chairman of the FDP of Rhineland-Palatinate . He represented the state in the Bonn-Berlin Compensation and was State Secretary in the Mainz Ministry of Economics from 1987 to May 2001 , then head of the State Office for Roads and Transport Rhineland-Palatinate (LSV) in Koblenz . He was chairman of the Bahnhof Rolandseck Foundation and chairman of the supervisory board of the Investment and Structural Bank (ISB) and was involved in the start of the rlp-inform multimedia initiative. Eggers sat on the advisory board of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom from 1973 to 1990 .
