Ernst Freiherr von Wangenheim

Ernst Friedrich Karl Freiherr von Wangenheim (born March 24, 1829 in Stettin ; † December 4, 1890 at Gut Neu-Lobitz in the Dramburg district ( Pomerania )) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Born as the son of Karl von Wangenheim , Ernst Freiherr von Wangenheim studied law in Berlin and Bonn . During his studies in 1847 he became a member of the old Berlin fraternity Germania . After his studies he became a court assessor and in 1851 took over his father's property. From 1867 to 1870 he was a member of the Prussian state parliament as a member of the old liberal party in the Schwerin parliamentary group . In 1875 he became a knighthood councilor of the Kur- und Neumärkischen knighthood credit institute.
