Ernst Froelich

Ernst Froelich (born September 19, 1866 in Greifswald ; † 1928 ) was an entrepreneur and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Froelich attended the community school in Świnoujście and completed an apprenticeship in a Berlin forwarding company, then worked for about 10 years in one of the largest breweries in Germany, most recently as head of an extensive branch of this house. Then he was the owner of a mineral water factory and purveyor to the court. From the age of 23 he was politically active and held a. a. Lectures in the Potsdam city council on the taxation of department stores, slaughter prohibition, etc. He was also an honorary member of the German gymnastics club in Berlin and board member of the Federation of Industrialists .

From 1903 to 1907 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency administrative district of Frankfurt 5 Oststernberg , Weststernberg and the German Reform Party .
