Ernst Georg Joachim Fürsen

Ernst Georg Joachim Fürsen (born December 5, 1754 in Schleswig ; † November 28, 1833 in Tangsholm on Alsen ) was a Hardesvogt and Danish budget adviser.

Ernst Georg Joachim Fürsen was a son of the royal Danish personal physician Joachim Fürsen and his wife Magdalena Benedicte Friederike Dreyer (1733-1821). He had two sisters and the brother Johann Nikolaus Fürsen .

Fürsen studied law at the University of Kiel and the University of Göttingen . From 1777 he worked as a lawyer for the higher and regional court in Schleswig. As Hardesvogt he took over the administration of the Norderharde and the Ekenerharde from 1784 to 1792 . In 1825, at a very old age, he was awarded a Dr. jur. PhD.

On May 28, 1785, Fürsen married the pastor's daughter Flemine Katharina Nyland (born March 3, 1768 in Hagenberg ), who died on April 20, 1789 in Tangsholm. On February 19, 1790, he married Christiane Margareta Dorothea Gülich (1773–1794). He concluded a third marriage on February 4, 1797 with Margareta Dorothea Augustine Bauer (1773–1797).

Fürsen had a total of seven sons and four daughters. Of the sons noteworthy, Cai Werner Fürsen (1806–1862) as Hardesvogt and Johann Nikolaus von Fürsen-Bachmann (1798–1894) as Colonel.
