Ernst Hallamik

Ernst Hallamik (born July 12, 1870 in Gnadenfeld , Cosel district , † after 1937) was a German judge.

Life

In 1894 Hallamik, who had a doctorate in law, became a trainee lawyer. In 1898 he became a court assessor . In 1905 he came to Schweidnitz as a district judge . In 1910 he was transferred to Poznan . In 1913 he was appointed district judge . In 1914 he became a higher regional judge in Marienwerder. From 1921 to 1922 he was deputy president of the dissolution office for family estates in Marienwerder. In 1922 he came to the Reichsgericht. He was assistant judge in the 1st , 5th and 2nd criminal senate . From 1924 he worked as a Reich judge in the II and IV Criminal Senate. From 1928 he worked in the 4th Civil Senate . He was a participant in the collegial decisions of the Reichsgericht to contest "racial mixed marriage" on July 12, 1934. He was a commentator on the Reichsgerichträtekommentar, Volume 4 - Family Law, in the 8th (1934) and 9th (1940) edition.
