Ernst Lautenbach

Ernst Lautenbach (born April 22, 1935 in Bingerbrück ; † March 16, 1993 in Rüsselsheim ) was a German butcher and politician ( CDU ).

Life

Lautenbach, who was a Catholic denomination, attended elementary school and vocational school . He did an apprenticeship as a butcher from 1949 to 1952, passed the journeyman's examination in 1952 and the master craftsman examination in 1957 and was an independent butcher in Bad Kreuznach from 1959. In addition, he was a part-time specialist teacher at the vocational school in Bad Kreuznach and chairman of the master craftsman's examination committee of the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts.

He was a member of the presidium and vice-president of the German Butchers' Association, deputy state guild master and head master and chairman of the representative assembly of the butcher's trade association.

In 1954 Lautenbach became a member of the JU and was district chairman of the JU from 1957 to 1958. In 1956 he became a member of the CDU and was in his party from 1964 to 1966 chairman of the CDU city association Bad Kreuznach and member of the CDU district and district executive board. In 1975 he became district chairman of the KPV and in 1978 district chairman of the CDU SME Association in Koblenz. In terms of local politics, he was a member of the Bad Kreuznach City Council from 1960 to 1974 and a member of the Bad Kreuznach District Council from 1974 to 1979.

From December 14, 1978 to March 16, 1993, he was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament for four terms . In the state parliament he was, among other things, a member and later deputy chairman of the committee for economics and transport and, in the 12th electoral term, chairman of the audit commission.
