Ernst Friedrich Ludwig Mutschler , from 1813 by Mutschler , (born October 22, 1770 in Ludwigsburg , † January 1, 1848 in Esslingen am Neckar ) was a Württemberg governor and lawyer.

After attending the Latin school in Ludwigsburg, Ernst Ludwig Mutschler studied law in Tübingen from 1785 to 1789 , then from 1789 at the Hohen Karlsschule in Stuttgart. After an internship at the Imperial Court of Justice in Wetzlar , he became a lawyer in 1792. From 1793 to 1802 he worked as extraordinary government council secretary and from 1802 to 1808 as senior bailiff in Rosenfeld. As Oberamtmann he headed the Oberamt Hornberg from 1808 to 1810 and the Oberamt Marbach from 1810 to 1818 . In 1818 he became senior judicial advisor at the Criminal Court in Esslingen and in 1820 at the civil senate of the court for the Neckar district , also in Esslingen. In 1834 Ernst Ludwig von Mutschler retired.

Ennoblement

In 1813 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Württemberg Civil Order of Merit, which was associated with the personal title of nobility ( ennoblement ).

Ernst Ludwig Mutschler was the son of the first deacon Ernst Benoni Mutschler in Ludwigsburg (1736–1800), since 1797 special in Kirchheim unter Teck and the daughter of the chief bailiff Maria Theresia born. Kerner (1750–1825) from Ludwigsburg. He married Auguste Friederike Hehl in Calw in 1803, daughter of the chief magistrate Christian Friedrich Hehl in Calw. In 1804 he married Rosine Elisabeth Zenneck, daughter of the town clerk Christian Ferdinand Zenneck from Sulz.
