Ernst Nitzschke

August Ernst Nitzschke (born July 23, 1855 in Großenhain ; † December 12, 1924 in Riesa ) was a German weaver, innkeeper and member of the German Reichstag (SPD).

Life

Nitzschke attended elementary school in Großenhain from 1862 to 1869. He then worked in the textile industry (in the finishing and weaving) until 1892 and from 1892 as an innkeeper. From 1884 to 1891 he was chairman and from 1892 cashier of an independent auxiliary fund.

From 1903 to 1907 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency Kingdom of Saxony 7 Meißen , Grossenhain, Riesa and the SPD .
