Ernst Wilhelm Bierer

Ernst Wilhelm Bierer (* 1796; † 1876) was the city ​​councilor of Tübingen from 1823 to 1857 . In doing so, he made a clear change in direction to common Roman law. In his publication "Principles of Württemberg Private Law" he tried to compile and unify the principles of the originally indigenous and indigenous private law.
