Ernst von Dassel
Ernst Heinrich Julius von Dassel (born October 22, 1848 in Schinz , † July 18, 1918 in Naumburg (Saale) ) was a Prussian major general .
Life
Ernst von Dassel came from the Lower Saxon nobility of the von Dassel family . He was the eldest son of the landowner Alexander von Dassel (1813–1886) and his wife Korinna, née von Bonin.
After finishing school, like many of his family members, he embarked on a military career in the Prussian Army . As a major general, he died due to overwork in the First World War .
