Ernst von Rechenberg

Ernst Heinrich Carl von Rechenberg called von Linten (born April 18, 1788 in Irmlau , Kurland ; † May 24, 1858 in Alt-Abgulden , Kurland) was a politician from Kurland.

Life

Ernst von Rechenberg studied law at the University of Dorpat from 1807. In 1808 he moved to the University of Heidelberg and in 1810 to the University of Landshut. In 1808 he became a member of the Corps Curonia Heidelberg. After completing his studies and traveling to Switzerland and France, he returned to Courland in 1811. From 1815 to 1851 he was Knighthood Secretary. In this function he was co-editor of the Courland Farmers Ordinance drafted in 1817 in 1817. He was the editor of the committee relations for the Courland Landtag , the negotiations of the Courland Knighthood and the Landtag conclusions of the Courland Knighthood . From 1851 to 1852 he was the mitauschen local county marshal elected and 1852-1858 for tuckumschen resident county marshal. He owned the Pillkaln manor, the Groß Niekratzen manor from 1837 to 1845 and the Alt-Abgulden manor since 1850. He was also the Arrendator of the Neu-Friedrichshof estate. He wrote essays on questions of state politics.
