Erol Seval

Erol Seval (born November 20, 1970 ) is a German football coach and former player.

career

Seval moved to the game year 1991 from the team Düsseldorf Bulldozer to the Red Barons Cologne in the football Bundesliga and in 1992 within the league to the Düsseldorf Panthers . With the Panthers, the Seval used in the offensive line won the German championship in 1992, 1994 and 1995 and also the Eurobowl in 1995 . In 1998 he went from Düsseldorf to the Cologne Crocodiles , for which he was on the pitch for another year in the top German division.

He was a member of the coaching staff of several teams and was responsible for the care of the offensive line: In 1999 Seval worked in this regard for the second division Langenfeld Longhorns and also for the Düsseldorf Panthers. For the latter team, he initially worked until the end of the 2001 season, then again in Langenfeld in 2002. In 2003 he joined the coaching staff of the Essen first division team Assindia Cardinals , then from 2004 to 2007 of the Troisdorf Jets , which made it into the second division during this time. In 2008 and 2009 Seval was again assistant coach at the Langenfeld Longhorns, followed by a return to the Düsseldorf Panthers, namely in the youth sector (2013 and 2014). In the 2015 game year, he again had tasks in the Düsseldorf men's team in the first division. In 2016 Seval was back on the staff of the Assindia Cardinals (now the second division).

In addition to his work in the club sector, Seval was also a member of the coaching staff of the German men's national team at several tournaments, where he was also entrusted with looking after the players on the offensive line. In this way, he contributed to winning the 2001 European Championship and winning the gold medal at the 2005 World Games . Seval was also involved in the EM silver in 2005 and in the bronze medal in the 2003 and 2007 World Championships as an assistant coach for the selection team.

Between 2011 and 2015 Seval was also a member of the coaching staff of the U19 youth team in North Rhine-Westphalia .

Together with Raphael Llanos-Farfan , he founded a football training company in 2016.
