Essen publishing house

The Essen publishing house was a publishing house of the NSDAP . In 1934 the renowned publishing house W. Girardet in Essen-Rüttenscheid with its newspapers Essener Allgemeine Zeitung , Hamburger Anzeiger , Düsseldorfer Nachrichten and General-Anzeiger Wuppertal was bought by the publisher of the NSDAP, Franz-Eher-Verlag . The later Reich Press Chief Otto Dietrich from Essen was editor of the Essener Allgemeine Zeitung from 1926 to 1928. The National Socialist publishing house in Essen existed between 1934 and 1944 and was characterized as Hermann Göring's house publishing house.
