Eugène Rouyer
Eugène Rouyer (* 1827 , † 1901 ) was a French architect who worked primarily for the city of Paris and the French state.
Life
Not much is known about the life of Eugène Rouyer. He came second in the architectural competition for the new building of the Hôtel de Ville in Paris. He won the competition to build the 10th arrondissement town hall . The Mairie was built under his direction from 1892 to 1896. Eugène Rouyer also held the position of Inspecteur aux travaux of the Louvre .
